The Transformation Series
16 week comprehensive lifestyle change course.

The Transformation Series is a 3 part series consisting of 3 steps. Our unique curriculum will help you develop a healthier relationship with food and give you lifelong tools to help you develop habits that will truly change your life. You will begin your journey on a 4 week intensive course that is the foundation of our program. Once complete, you will move on to step 2 where you will dive deeper into your understanding of your mindset. Finally, we finish with step 3 that is designed to really hone in on those skill sets and habits you've been building Once you finish all 3 steps, you are eligible for our mentorship program where your coach will help guide you as you continue to grow and implement your habits and goals in your lifestyle,

Mentorship
Accountability and Mentorship

This program consists of weekly accountability and goal setting for those who have graduated from our 16 week Transition Series. You will be using all the skills and tools you learned in the previous 16 weeks. Your coach will be there to meet with you weekly and help you set goals and keep them.

Lifestyle Assessment
Comprehensive Review of Health and Wellness.
This plan is for the individual who likes too work at their own pace. This is a one time, 45 minutes session to help you create a plan perfect for you. There will be an introduction to key health and wellness concepts, addressing overall health and wellness concerns, and setting up individualized goals. The fee will be deducted from the Comprehensive plan if you sign up within 30 days of consultation.
